- Processing time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours on working days after payment. Please note that processing may take slightly longer during holidays or weekends. All diagnostic tools, software, HDDs, and SSDs undergo thorough testing before being packed for shipment.
- Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your location and displayed on the product page. If the displayed cost is incorrect, you can manually select your country to update the shipping fee.
- Delivery Destinations
We deliver to most countries around the globe. If you have any questions about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us.
- Free Shipping
Products labeled “Free Shipping” on the product page are eligible for no-cost delivery. Items weighing less than 500g are shipped via USPS, while heavier items are shipped via DHL by default.
- Shipping Options
– Express Shipping: Delivered via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, typically taking 5-7 working days.
– Standard Shipping: Delivered via EMS, Post, or similar services, with longer delivery times.
Important Notes:
– For express shipping, please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and zip code to avoid delays.
– DHL may charge an additional fee for deliveries to remote areas.
- Delivery Process
1) Your order status will update once payment is confirmed.
2) We will email you to verify your shipping details.
3) Your parcel will be shipped within 2 working days (any delays will be communicated within 1-2 working days).
4) The shipping company will provide a tracking number, which we will forward to you via email.
- International Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped internationally, customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. To help reduce these costs, we lower the declared value of the shipment.
- Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return address and ship the item back in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and provide a return address. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
